That's pretty nasty. Even if I WASN'T vegetarian, I wouldn't be eating worms. Blech.
Actually, silk worm cocoons are considered quite a delicacy. They taste like lobster. And of course they are extremely high in protein. Also, I think if you're going to kill a creature, you shouldn't be wasteful, but use all the parts of it as efficiently as possible. Maybe a family having a dinner of silk worm cocoons gives a pig somewhere another day to live!
