The San Francisco Vegetarian Society will have a Booth at this exciting event. Be sure to check us out, #825 on left mezzanine. Howard Lyman will be at our booth signing books Saturday, except when he is speaking (at 5:00 p.m. in Room 4) and all day Sunday. Drop by and say “hello” to this wonderful vegan “mover & shaker”. Attend his workshop if you can and bring friends to hear his message: “Inventory of Planet Earth: Do We Have a Future?”
Another favorite of ours is Dr. John McDougall. He will be speaking on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. in Room 2 “Aging in Style: Maybe to 100 with Sensible Care”.
Thanks, veggiedude, for cluing me in to a lot of great-sounding events. I'll try to get to some and meet some other local veg folks. Meanwhile, since I'm a Bay Area vegetarian cookbook writer, maybe you'd like to check out what I'm doing in the blogosphere at http://mindycooks.blogspot.com. Come on by and say hi!
