Applications are reviewed for acceptance and applicant will be notified by email as to application status and for payment details. SFVS WVF reserves the right to decline any exhibitor at any time, at its discretion. *

Space will be reserved upon receipt of payment. Refunds of 100% will be provided with submission of written cancellation on or before August 1, 2025. Refunds of 50% will be provided with submission of written cancellation before September 1, 2025. *

Exhibitors are participating at their own risk. Exhibitors recognize that neither San Francisco Vegan Society, SMC Event Center, or any of the other exhibitors, donors, volunteers, or participants of World Vegan Fest are responsible for any loss, damage, or mishaps to their materials, equipment, volunteers, or staff. *

Exhibitors will not interfere with the safety, success, and effectiveness of World Vegan Fest. This includes, but is not limited to, behavior, display materials, literature, venue equipment, operations, or extending beyond exhibitor space and/or blockage of public passageways. Exhibitors may not solicit/sample to/or petition attendees beyond the confines of their booth. *

Garbage, recycling, and compost must be placed in appropriate containers in accordance with the designated locations of SMC Event Center. Please be mindful about waste and help us to create a low waste event. *

All samples and sales must be vegan (no honey, milk, butter, eggs, gelatin, whey, beeswax, lanolin, leather, wool, silk, feathers, shells or other animal products). Literature may not include suggestions, recipes, or references to using animal-based ingredients or products for consumption. *

Exhibitors and presenters are expected to focus exclusively on vegan products and/or veganism. Exhibitors may not use their space to promote, endorse, or oppose any religion, political party, candidate, policy issue, or unrelated activist cause, regardless of its perceived alignment with vegan values. *
