2025 World Vegan Fest

Exhibitor Application

Thank you for your interest in joining us for San Francisco Vegan Society's 26th annual World Vegan Fest! The event will be held in SMC Event Center, located below St. Mary's Cathedral, 1111 Gough St, San Francisco, CA 94109, on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Every year we curate a lineup of the very best presenters, chefs, exhibitors, and vendors focused on health, social justice, environmentalism, and animal protection to present to our festival goers. If you would like to be considered for World Vegan Fest 2025, the deadline to apply is Friday, September 19. Please let us know if you have any questions: vegfestapp@sfvs.org.

All vendor and sponsor fees are a donation to San Francisco Vegan Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and are tax-deductible.

    A space (50.5' x 83) for 10 food court vendors in addition to dining room style tables and chairs and a stage for entertainment

    A/B Halls - A space for educational speakers.

Located in St. Francis Hall, the indoor food court space with dining room style tables and chairs and a stage for entertainment.

Located in Patrons Hall, the main indoor vendor space just inside the entrance, between the presenter rooms (Halls A/B and C) and the indoor food court.

Food Sampler & Non-profit

Located in the main indoor vendor space (Patrons Hall --see description under "Vendor"). Includes pre-packaged or open sample foods (no selling of food)
